Sheela’s Day Spring Equinox Retreat

18 March @ 11:00 am 5:30 pm

Join Senior Tantra Yoga Teacher and Celtic Wisdom guide Emma Rose Lowe and renowned singer song writer Rachel Sermanni for an alternative, sober, St Patrick’s Day celebration on Saturday 18th March. Did you know there used to be an ancient practice here in Ireland, where the day after St Paddy’s day, there was another celebration, this time female centred, honouring Sheela (who some argue was St Patrick’s wife). At this Spring Equinox Retreat Day, we will explore the themes, energies and traditions of this time of year. Coming over from Scotland is Herbalist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Cait O’Neill @hawthornherbalism who’ll be sharing her wisdom of our native plants through a foraging / identification walk, telling us all about their healing properties and magical, mythical herblore. She will also be teaching us how to create our own healing salve from what we forage for you to take home with you.

It is also a total honour to have internationally renowned singer song writer and creative mind Rachel Sermanni joining us to share a workshop to support you to access your intuition and cultivate your creativity. As well as serenading us with her exquisite original music. I believe this is the only time Rachel will be performing in Ireland this year so it’s something not to miss for that reason alone.

Also included in the day is a chef prepared, sit down lunch (check out the photos attached for the mouth watering, Spring inspired Menu) from Lorna Mills from Tacucina

Situated on a beautiful Georgian farmhouse, only 20 minutes from Belfast city centre / an 8 minute drive from the M1. There’s only 5 places left, if you’d like to join, please get in touch.
