Halloween Pony Pals Camp at Crosskennan Lane Animal Sanctuary
Join us for a magical and spooky adventure at Crosskennan Lane Animal Sanctuary! Our Halloween Pony Pals Camp is the perfect opportunity for children aged 5-13 to enjoy hands-on experiences with our rescue horses, ponies, and donkeys, while celebrating Halloween in a fun, creative way.
What to Expect:
Children can choose between a Ridden Camp or a Non-Ridden Camp, making the experience inclusive for all abilities, whether they’re beginner riders or experienced. Each session is designed to provide children with a fun and educational experience, with lots of animal interactions, games, and Halloween-themed activities.
Event Details:
- Ridden Camp (26th October, 1pm – 3pm):
- Horseback riding with our gentle rescue ponies
- Groundwork activities to build trust and confidence with the ponies
- Halloween-themed games and activities with the animals
- Suitable for all levels of riding experience, from beginners to advanced
- Non-Ridden Camp (30th October, 11am – 1:30pm):
- Fun groundwork and handling activities with our ponies and horses
- Halloween-themed games, pony grooming, and creative crafts
- Ideal for children who prefer interacting with the animals without riding
