Caremark North Down, Ards & Belfast has been crowned winner of the Community Engagement Award at the Caremark Franchise Awards 2026, securing the national title for the home care office that goes above and beyond to connect with its local community.
Announced at Caremark’s annual conference, the awards celebrate offices delivering outstanding care, strong leadership, and making a meaningful contribution to the wider Caremark network. Out of more than 140 Caremark offices across the UK and Ireland, Caremark North Down, Ards & Belfast stood out for its consistent, high-quality support for customers and families, its engagement with the local community, and the professionalism and dedication of its team. Franchise Owners Emily and Richard Magrath were also praised for the positive culture they have built within their service.
